Beetlejuice - The Musical Nashville Theatre reviews
Greart show, but.....
This was the fourth time I have seen Aerosmith - The Musical, (I saw them open for Beetlejuice and the Cranberries) at the State Theatre in Detroit (awesome show). I also saw them open for Aerosmith and the Cranberries. I will go see them again if and when they do come back. I very much enjoyed their show, the band was real good. Nevertheless, the band was real good, they seemed....well, like they were somewhere else. The previous shows Aerosmith - The Musical was real tight, however at the State Theatre in Detroit show, they seemed....well, like they were somewhere else. I was a little disappointed they did not do the "welcome all again" set. Other than what I mentioned above, I think Aerosmith - The Musical could have done so much better as far as promoting this show. Not once did I hear on the radio that Aerosmith - The Musical was even playing. If I did not follow the band I would have never known they were in town on the 20th of October. Guys, you got a great band that plays real music and you do have a following here in the Motor City. After the show, I told a few co-workers that I went to the Aerosmith - The Musical show and all I heard was "when did they play" and "I never knew they were playing". With a little promotion you guys could have sold out the 2500 seat Fox Theatre, just my opinion. This band is better than the small venues like the 1500 seat State Theatre in Detroit, with a little promotion you guys could have sold out the 2500 seat Fox Theatre, just my opinion. Keep rocking guys, and we will see you next year....I hope.
